Now, in its capacity as grantor to IPD-GBAO, AKF Education channels donor funding and provides on-going external education expertise and support. |  | USAID USAID has generously sponsored many of IPD's recent endeavors through the Improving Basic Education in Tajikistan (IBET) program. Thanks to USAID, IPD has developed and implemented a comprehensive Whole School Improvement model for Tajik schools, designed numerous publications, and provided funding for IPD-GBAO to strengthen other IPDs and education institutions throughout the country. USAID has also sponsored IPD's monthly newsletter for teachers, and myriad other activities. |  | CIDA Canadian International Development Agency - CIDA has generously sponsored several rounds of institutional development, helping to revitalize the IPD institution. More recently, CIDA has sponsored management training activities throughout the country, and been a pillar of support in funding grassroots parents and community mobilization programs. |  | NOVIB NOVIB has played a hand in sponsoring all of IPD's activities and on-going programs. Particularly, they have provided notable support to Secondary Education, funding the development of Secondary Training modules, and also sponsoring trainings throughout the region. Likewise, development of the Curriculum Enrichment Frameworks would not have been possible without their support. |  | Aga Khan Education Services, Tajikistan IPD partners with AKES on staff professional development activities and occasionally run joint training and resource programs for teachers. |  | Mountain Societies Development Support Programme (MSDSP) In addition to its numerous rural and economic development activities, MSDSP has made important contributions to the regional educational landscape. With IPD, as part of the USAID-led Improving Basic Education in Tajikistan (IBET) program, MSDSP has mobilized numerous parent committees throughout the country. Furthermore, with CIDA funding, they are piloting a unique parental education program. |  | UCA University of Central Asia - Through UCA's School of Continuing Education, IPD has delivered numerous courses, particularly the highly-touted Management and Leadership Program, to local institutions, and other fee-paying clients. | | | SDC Swiss Development Corporation - SDC has provided comprehensive support to IPD, funding strengthening of the local Regional Education Department and IPD, grassroots school and community mobilization, teacher training programs, learning and teaching resources, and development of the Whole School Improvement Program for Tajikistan. |
