Introduction
Educational Management Component of Institute for Professional Development of
GBAO provides training on Community Involvement in Education with focus on
schools as a center for the local community. The course focused on greater
community involvement and support to the education sector, through creation,
revolving and transparent community monitoring of Non-Budget Funds, making
schools as a center for the local community. Collaboration between schools and
different Government, non Government organizations also to train local trainers
for conducting future courses and seminars in their respective districts.
The course also assists the beneficiaries to develop their capacity on
effective improvement of their organization with the support of community. For

Duration of the training
The duration of ToT training on Community Involvement in Education with focus on
schools as a center for the local community lasts up to 15 days. There are also
short courses available on Community Involvement in Education, which continue 3
or 5 days.

principals, Heads of Parents Comities, community leaders and members of
community.
