Recently the Department for emergency situations and civil defence of GBAO conducted training for preparation of pupils in Aga Khan Lycee of Khorog town for emergency situations and natural disasters. Such events, noted in a conversation Sadonsho Navruzov, head of the training courses on emergency situations and civil defence in GBAO, are conducted in different schools of the town at the end of the school year. According to the source, 900 pupils, all staff of the Lycee, and the employees of fire-brigade and medical personnel took part in the training. The purpose of the training was to develop the schoolchildren's skills in providing medical assistance, evacuation of people during the fire and earthquakes, conducting search and rescue activities, fire extinguishing, wearing gas-mask on oneself and on the victim and so on, concluded the interlocutor.
