In the second half of 2007 the Government of RT intends to rebuilt and repair 11 schools in GBAO. This intention was announced in an interview with 'AP' of the head of general construction of the local executive bodies, Mr. Rahmatov Muhabbat.  In particular, added Mr. Rahmatov, one school in Darvaz, one in Roshtqala, two in Rushan, three in Vanj and four in Ishkashim districts will be built. For the implementation of this decision 2 million somoni is allocated. At the moment the representatives of the Executive apparatus of the President and the Government of the republic responsible for construction and repairing of schools are in GBAO and they are deciding the issues of starting the construction work. Apart from this, construction work is in process in two schools in Ishkashim, one school in Rushan and one school in Roshtqala districts, for which 826 somoni was allocated from the national budget, concluded Mr. Rahmatov.
